About
Hi, I’m Luz Palou García, an interdisciplinary artist based in Boston, Massachusetts.I work primarily in oil painting, installation, ceramics, and sculpture. Born in Puebla, Mexico, frequent moves defined my childhood, with nature as the only constant. In each transition, I found solace in walking, observing organic forms and intricate details in the natural world. My practice explores themes of grief, belonging, and displacement, while imagining new pathways forward. Through the portals I create, I invite audiences to envision alternative ways of navigating the world.
Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University.
How differently would you move through life if you could imagine a better world?
